In our work – helping Protestant clergy in their “journey home” to the Catholic Church – a key issue that arises constantly is that of our calling to ministry: How do we discern whether God is calling us and for what? Priesthood? Religious life? Diaconate? Laity? This was also, of course, a key theme during the year (2009-2010) that Pope Benedict XVI dedicated to the Priesthood. To cover these issues, especially in relation to the work of The Coming Home Network International, we invited Monsignor Frank Lane to discuss these issues from his perspective as a priest.
